Submission

If you wish to submit an abstract for consideration, you must use the on line submission form link below.

The receipt of all abstracts will be automatically acknowledged at the time of submission. You will be allocated an ID number usually within 24 hours. If you do not receive an ID number within 48 hours please contact this office.  

Please prepare your abstract using the formatting guidelines below and submit your abstract as a PDF.

Presenter registration

Please note that presenters will be required to fund their travel, accommodation and registration costs. At least one author per paper must register and pay for the Conference on or before 31 July 2011. Papers with no registered author may be WITHDRAWN. 

Important dates

Close of call for papers          Friday 15 May 2011 
Notification of acceptance      progressively from May 2011 
Close of author registration    31 July 2011
