*A Presenter is deemed the nominated person (individual) who will present an oral platform paper or poster at the Conference. Joint presentations will not be considered at the Conference. All other listed authors should register at the non-presenter rate.
**Group registrations apply when five or more delegates from the same organisation register at the same time. Please download and use the group registration form below.
***Student registration fees apply to full-time students producing a letter confirming their enrolment status.


Entitlements

Conference

Presenter, Non-presenter, Group and Student registration fees include attendance at all Conference sessions from Sunday 10 September to Wednesday 13 September 2017 (excludes workshops); morning and afternoon teas; light lunches; electronic access to the Conference Proceedings; a conference folio/satchel; and attendance at the Welcome Reception (Sunday 10 September 2017).

Attendance at the Workshops (Sunday 10 September 2017), Conference Dinner (Tuesday 12 September 2017) and Field Trips (Thursday 14 September 2017) will incur additional charges.

Day registration fees include attendance at sessions on Monday 11 September or Tuesday 12 September or Wednesday 13 September 2017; morning and afternoon tea; light lunch; electronic copy of the Conference Proceedings; and a conference folio/satchel. Attendance at the Workshops (Sunday 10 September 2017), Conference Dinner (Tuesday 12 September 2017) and Field Trips (Thursday 14 September 2017) will incur additional charges.

Pre-Conference workshops

Full-day workshops include handouts, a light lunch, and morning and afternoon tea.
Half-day workshops include handouts, a light lunch and morning or afternoon tea.

Post Conference site visits

This full-day technical tours will depart from the Crown Promenade Hotel at 8.30am, and return at approximately 5.00pm (times to be confirmed). The tour fee includes all transfers and lunch.


Cancellations

Conference

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations of registration received on or before 1 September 2017 will incur a fee of $100. No registration refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.

Workshops

Workshop cancellations where delegates are not attending the 7th International Contaminated Site Remediation Conference (10-13 September 2017) and received on or before Friday 25 August 2017, will incur a $100 fee. No registration refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.

The Conferences Organisers reserve the right to change dates, program and speakers without notice at any time, including the instance of unforeseen circumstances.

Delegates enrolled in a workshop (Sunday 10 September 2017) and also attending the 7th International Contaminated Site Remediation Conference (10–13 September 2017) will incur no penalty for cancelling a workshop registration.


Insurance

Insurance, including medical cover and expenses incurred in the event that the Conference is cancelled, is the responsibility of the individual. It is recommended that the policy should include loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of participation in the Conference, or through the cancellation of the Conference itself; loss of airfares for any reason; medical expenses; loss or damage to personal property; and additional expenses and repatriation, should travel arrangements need to be altered. The Conference Secretariat will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.
