CleanUp 2011 Registration Fees (GST inclusive)


*A Presenter is deemed the nominated person (individual) who will
present an oral platform paper at one or both events. Joint presentations
will not be considered at the conference. All other listed authors,
including poster presenters, should register at the Non-presenter rate.
**Student registration fees apply to full-time students producing a letter
confirming their enrolment status.
Entitlements
6th International Workshop on Chemical Bioavailability in the
Terrestrial Environment
(7–9 September 2011)
Presenter, Non-presenter and Student
registration fees include attendance at all sessions from Wednesday 7
September to Friday 9 September; morning and afternoon teas; light lunches;
and one copy of the Conference Proceedings and a conference satchel.
Attendance at the Workshop Dinner (Friday 9 September) will incur additional
charges.
Day registration fees include attendance at sessions on
Wednesday 7 September, or Thursday 8 September, or Friday 9 September; morning
and afternoon tea; light lunch; one copy of the Conference Proceedings; and
a conference satchel.
Attendance at the Workshop Dinner (Friday 9 September)
will incur additional charges.
Combined Registration:
6th International Workshop on
Chemical Bioavailability (7–9 September), and
4th International Contaminated
Site Remediation Conference (11–15 September)
Combined full and Combined
student registration fees include attendance at all sessions from Wednesday
7 to Friday 9 September; attendance at Conference sessions from Sunday 11
September to Thursday 15 September (excludes Workshops); morning and
afternoon tea and light lunches (7–9 September and 12–15 September); and one
copy each of the Conference Proceedings and a conference satchel.
Attendance
at the Workshop Dinner (Friday 9 September), Workshops (Sunday 11
September), Conference Dinner (Wednesday 14 September) and Field Trips
(Friday 16 September) will incur additional charges.
Workshops (Sunday 11 September)
Full-day workshops include handouts, a light lunch, and morning and
afternoon tea. Half-day workshops include handouts, lunch, and morning or
afternoon tea.
Field Trips (Friday 16 September)
This full-day technical tour will depart from the Hilton Adelaide hotel
at 8.30am, and return at approximately 5.00pm. The tour fee includes all

Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Cancellations of
registration for the 6th International Workshop on Chemical Bioavailability
(7–9 September) and/or the 4th International Contaminated Site Remediation
Conference (11–15 September) and postmarked on or before Monday 22 August
will incur a fee of $100.
No registration refunds will be made for
cancellations postmarked after this date.
Workshop cancellations* where delegates are not attending either the 6th
International Workshop on Chemical Bioavailability (7–9 September) and/or
the 4th International Contaminated Site Remediation Conference (11–15
September) and postmarked on or before Monday 22 August will incur a $100 fee. No registration refunds will be made for cancellations postmarked
after this date.
The Conferences Organisers reserve the right to change dates, program and
speakers without notice at any time, including the instance of unforeseen
circumstances.
* Delegates enrolled in a workshop (Sunday 11 September) and also
attending either the 6th International Workshop on Chemical Bioavailability
(7–9 September) and/or the 4th International Contaminated Site Remediation
Conference (11–15 September) will incur no penalty for cancelling a workshop
registration.
Insurance
Insurance, including medical cover and expenses incurred in the event
that the Conference is cancelled, is the responsibility of the individual.
We recommend that all individuals discuss insurance cover with their travel
agent. It is recommended that the policy should include loss of
fees/deposits through cancellation of participation in the Conference, or
through the cancellation of the Conference itself; loss of airfares for any
reason; medical expenses; loss or damage to personal property; and
additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements need to be
altered.
The Conference Secretariat will take no responsibility for any
participant failing to insure.
